In my hand was a ticket of the Chinese play adaptation of Brief einer Unbekannten by 孟京辉。黄湘丽 was good, but so understated. She had to say she worked for the studio at the end of the play after that mentally excruciating and physically exhausting two-hour monodrama. Poor girl. This provoked the feminist in me as the least feminist, along with the pseudo-feminist love-conquers-all militant Amazon Wonder Woman blockbuster.
